Simple Wallet (“we”, “our” or “us”) operates the Simple Wallet website https://www.simplewallet.one (here and after referred to as the “Website”) and provides the Simple Wallet extension for Google Chrome (here and after referred to as the “Platform”) and other Simple Wallet services (referred together as the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into our Terms of Service for the Website.

Platforms Information:

API requests: When you or another user accesses the Simple Wallet extension, we receive your public address and balances of your address

Validator API requests: We store requests sent by the extension to the API

We collect information about you when you input it into the Services or otherwise provide it directly 

Information you provide through our support channels: The Services may also include our customer support, where you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with a Service. Whether you designate yourself as a technical contact, open a support ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwise engage with our support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue.

Private key information: Simple Wallet generates or requests a private key for the address to sign transactions. Simple Wallet doesn't send or manage this information in any way. It is stored in the Chrome storage locally that can only be unlocked by your password and is only accessible to the extension when you approve it for the purpose of transaction signing

We collect information about you when you use our Services, including browsing our websites and taking certain actions within the Services.
